  A Great  Singer Manna Dey                                      Manna Dey whose earliar name was Probodh Chandra Dey. He was born on 1 st may in 1919 in Kolkata. He was the child of Purna Chandra Dey and Mahamaya Dey. Manna Dey studied at Scotish Church Collegiiate School and then Vidyasagar College.                              As a singer joint a singing compitation at college function at the age of 18.
